Development Coordinator
The Development Coordinator will support fundraising, grant writing, donor engagement, and event coordination to advance our organization’s mission. This role involves assisting with annual giving campaigns, managing donor relations, researching and co- applying for grants, and coordinating fundraising events and communications. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in nonprofit development, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for environmental justice. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team focused on empowering marginalized communities and promoting equitable environmental policies.

Senior Climate and Environmental Policy Analyst
This position will be an essential part of our DRCC Team. We seek someone who is well-versed and has an extensive background in public policy work, enjoys knowledge sharing at the community level, as well as responding to and working to resolve emerging community needs that mostly arise from living and working in an environmental justice community.
Overall, the position will be responsible for supporting the coordination of proposed public policy related to Superfund and Climate initiatives within the community, as well as City, County, State and Federal policy impacting the Duwamish Valley. This position will raise awareness of such actions through communication plans for meaningful engagement within the community.
